Karnataka HC Directs State Transport Dept. Not to Seize Ola, Uber Cabs - (02 Jun 2016)

Karnataka High Court has directed the transport department not to seize Ola and Uber Inc cabs for allegedly plying without licence, and also restrained the cab aggregators from demanding surge price from commuters.
