Del HC: Stay on Delhi Govt’s Circular Asking Private Unaided Schools to Get Sanction Before Fee Hike - (02 May 2024)

Delhi High Court has stayed the circular issued by the Delhi Government making it mandatory for private unaided schools to get prior sanction from the Director of Education to enhance fees for the upcoming academic session of 2024-2025.
