Bom. HC: Bail Denied to Man Accused of Sexually Abusing a Child for Nine Years - (01 May 2024)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court while denying bail to a man accused of sexually abusing a child continuously for nine years, has observed that due to such horrendous crime, the victim has become a nymphomaniac and words will fall short to describe the mental, psychological and physical state of the victim.
