Jh. HC: Process of Constituting Transgender Welfare Board Must be Expedited - (30 Apr 2024)

Jharkhand High Court while focusing on the importance of addressing the needs of the transgender community has directed the State Government to speed up the process of constituting the Transgender Welfare Board.
