All. HC: Candidates with Criminal Background Will Pose Severe Threat to Democracy if Elected - (29 Apr 2024)

ELECTION

All. HC has observed that persons with criminal background having a long criminal history pollute the process of election and when such persons turn into elected representatives and become law makers, they pose a serious threat to the functioning of a democratic system.
