SC: Prima Facie Case Made Out from Allegations in Complaint Sufficient to Summon Accused - (29 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court while reversing the finding of the High Court, has observed that prima facie making out a case on the basis of the allegations in the complaint and the pre-summoning evidence led by the complainant is sufficient to summon an accused.
