SC: ‘Stridhan’ Absolute Property of Wife, Husband has No Control Over it - (27 Apr 2024)

Supreme Court has reiterated that the husband can use ‘stridhan’ at times of distress but he has no title or independent dominion over the property as it is the absolute property of the wife.
