Government Notifies Constitution of NCLT and NCLAT - (02 Jun 2016)

Government as a move to resolve corporate disputes faster and improve the ease of doing business in India has notified the constitution of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) and the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT).
