Del. HC: Can Only Interfere With Industrial Tribunal’s Decision if Found Perverse - (25 Apr 2024)

Delhi High Court has held that the High Court is empowered to interfere with the decision of the Industrial Tribunal only to the extent of decisions found to be perverse or based on no evidence.
