Del. HC: Municipal Solid Waste in Delhi Not Getting Processed as Per Solid Waste Management Rules - (25 Apr 2024)

ENVIRONMENT

Delhi High Court has observed that municipal solid waste up to 3000 tonnes is not getting processed in Delhi on a daily basis. The Court further expressed its concern regarding non-compliance of Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016.
