NCDRC Members Roasted for Issuing Warrants Despite SC’s Order Directing Non-Coercive Steps - (25 Apr 2024)

SC expressed concern on National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission's (NCDRC) order issuing non-bailable warrants despite Supreme Court’s order directing non-coercive steps and observed that it is not plausible to accept explanation that Court’s order was not brought to Commission’s notice.
