Del. HC: Only Persons Holding BAMS/BUMS Degree Have Right to Obtain Ayur. Medical Pract. License - (24 Apr 2024)

Delhi High Court has observed that only the persons who hold a degree of Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery or Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery have the right to obtain the license of a registered Ayurvedic or Unani medical practitioner.
