Kar. HC: Serious Stigma May be Caused on Person’s Character by Pre-Trial Detention - (24 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Karnataka High Court while granting bail to a person charged with offences under the Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has observed that the pre-trial detention is unwarranted as it will be a serious stigma on the character of a person.
