Del. HC: Panel Lawyer of DSLSA is Not an Employee, Can’t be Entitled to Maternity Benefit - (24 Apr 2024)

SERVICE

Delhi High Court has held that the appointment of panel lawyers in Delhi State Legal Services Authority (DSLSA) is only as a professional and not an employee, hence they are not entitled to any benefits under the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
