All. HC: Rs. 5 Lakh Cost Imposed on CWC for Sending Minor Living With Mother to Children’s Home - (23 Apr 2024)

Allahabad High Court has imposed a cost of Rs. 5 Lakh on Child Welfare Committee (CWC) for sending a minor girl who was living with her mother to children’s home and has called the actions of the committee as shocking and surprising.
