Petition Seeking Three Year LL.B Course After 12th Standard, Refused by Supreme Court - (22 Apr 2024)

EDUCATION

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a petition seeking three year LL.B course right after class 12 and has stated that the five year course has been very beneficial and that mature people are required in this profession.
