Raj HC: Cognizance Can be Taken by Sessions Court Against Accused Who Haven’t Yet Been Chargesheeted - (19 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court has held that the Court of Sessions is empowered to take cognizance against those accused persons under Section 193 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 who have been left by the police and who have not been arrayed as an accused by Investigating Agency with the charge-sheet.
