Supreme Court: Strict Penalties Required for Official Misconduct During Elections - (19 Apr 2024)

ELECTION

Supreme Court has observed that the issue of official misconduct during elections is very serious and there should be strict penalties regarding the same. However, the Court refrained from making further remarks by noting that it was not up to the Court’s domain.
