Del. HC: Central Govt.’s Circular Banning Sale and Breeding of 'Dangerous & Ferocious Dogs' Quashed - (18 Apr 2024)

Delhi High Court has quashed the circular dated 12th March 2024 issued by the Union Ministry of Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Department of Animal Husbandry and Dairying, that banned the import, breeding and selling of several “dangerous and ferocious” dog breeds.
