Delhi HC has held that proceedings under Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002(SARFESI) and Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (RDDB) are complimentary to each other hence they can continue parallelly.
