INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Bom HC has restrained a trampoline park in Lonavla from using trademark or character of series Mr. Bean and has observed that it is a case of false endorsement where impression given to consumers is that trampoline park is authorized or is a park of Plaintiff’s well-known registered trademark.
