Cal. HC: WB Government Directed to Finalise Minimum Wage of Tea Plantation Workers Within Six Weeks - (17 Apr 2024)

Calcutta High Court has directed the State of West Bengal to decide the issue of minimum wages of tea plantation workers under the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, within a period of six weeks.
