Delhi HC: Woman Cannot be Held Liable for Her Lover Committing Suicide Due to Love Failure - (17 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has held that if a lover commits suicide due to love failure, the woman cannot be held to have abetted the commission of suicide. For the wrong decision taken by a man of weak or frail mentality, another person cannot be blamed for having abetted his committing suicide.
