Del. HC: False Accusation of Child Abuse More Painful than Rigours of Trial and Imprisonment - (16 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court while acquitting a man in a case under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has observed that a child abuser in the eventuality of false implication even continues to suffer a blot of social stigma which is much more painful than rigours of trial and imprisonment.
