Delhi High Court: Fundamental to an Individual’s Identity to be Identified by One’s Name - (15 Apr 2024)

EDUCATION

Delhi High Court while dealing with a plea to direct CBSE to change the student’s father’s name in Class X and XII Marksheets, has observed that an individual’s name is an identity marker and the right to be identified by one’s name is fundamental to one’s identity.
