Supreme Court: Burden to Prove that Insured Suppressed Material Facts is Upon the Insurer - (15 Apr 2024)

INSURANCE

Supreme Court has held that if the insurance company repudiates the insurance claim on the ground that the insured had suppressed other policies taken by him, then it is incumbent on them to prove this fact by leading necessary evidence.
