SC: When there is Alternative Way to Access Property, Claimant Cannot Claim Easement by Necessity - (15 Apr 2024)

Supreme Court has held that a claimant of an easementary right over a dominant heritage would not be entitled to claim an easementary right by necessity for enjoying such property when an alternative way to access it is available.
