SC: To Use Accused’s State. on Fact Discovery, Prose. Needs to Establish That No One Knew About it - (12 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has held that if the statement of the accused is to be used on discovery of a fact the prosecution will have to establish that, nobody had knowledge about the information before it was given by the accused.
