SC: Sale/Gift of Vehicle Shall Not be Invalidated on Mere Failure of Transfer Vehicle Registration - (11 Apr 2024)

MOTOR VEHICLES

Supreme Court has observed that the sale/gift transaction will not get invalidated merely on the ground that there has been a failure to get a transferred vehicle registered in the name of the new owner.
