SC: Unfortunate That Indian Coast Guard Opposes PC to Women Unlike Army, Navy & Air Force - (11 Apr 2024)

Supreme Court has observed that it is unfortunate that unlike the Indian Army, Air Force and Navy have inducted women on a permanent basis following Court directions the Indian Coast Guard continues to be an outlier by opposing grant of Permanent Commission (PC) for women officers.
