SC: DMRC’s Petition Allowed, Judgement Upholding Arbitral Award In Favour of DAMEPL Set Aside - (10 Apr 2024)

ARBITRATION

Supreme Court has set aside the judgement that upheld the arbitral award made in favour of Delhi Airport Metro Express Private Limited (DAMEPL) and relieved Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) of huge liability of Rs. 8000 Crore.
