Raj. HC: Coercive Action Stayed Against Magistrate Who Allegedly Asked Rape Victim to Strip - (10 Apr 2024)

CRIMINAL

Rajasthan High Court has stayed coercive action against a Judicial Magistrate who has been accused of asking a rape victim to strip and show her injuries. The Court also directed media platforms not to sensationalize the issue.
