Ker. HC: Improper to Compel Election Candidate to Answer ED Summons Just Before LS Elections - (10 Apr 2024)

ELECTION

Kerala High Court has held that it is not proper to disturb a candidate contesting elections and compel him to answer summons served by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) just before the Lok Sabha Elections.
