Principles of Condonation of Delay Explained by Supreme Court - (10 Apr 2024)

LIMITATION

SC has laid down certain principles of condonation of delay which include that merits of the case are not required to be considered in condoning the delay, if some persons obtained relief it does not entitle others to get the same benefit if the court is not satisfied with the cause of delay etc.
