Delhi High Court Upholds Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s Arrest in Liquor Policy Scam Case - (09 Apr 2024)

Delhi High Court has dismissed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate and upheld his arrest by holding that the Enforcement Directorate had submitted sufficient material for the same.
