Supreme Court: Deceased Partner’s Legal Heirs Not Liable for Liability of Partnership Firm - (09 Apr 2024)

Supreme Court has held that upon the death of a partner of the partnership firm, legal heirs of the deceased do not become liable for any liability of the partnership firm.
