Allahabad HC: Paying 25 Percent of Monthly Pension as Maintenance to Wife is Not Excessive - (08 Apr 2024)

Allahabad High Court while treating the pension of a husband as his monthly salary, has held that providing twenty-five percent of monthly pension as maintenance to the wife is not excessive.
