Mad. HC: Can’t Deny Book Launch Permission Only Because a Participant is Candidate in Elections - (08 Apr 2024)

Madras High Court has held that the State cannot feel shy from granting permission to a book release function just because it is about a person who is a candidate in the Election or he/she is going to participate in the function.
