Madras High Court Modifies Order & Restores Power of Madurai Bench to Hear Pan-State Matters - (05 Apr 2024)

Madras High Court recently modified an earlier order of the Court and restored the power of the Madurai Bench to hear pan-state matters which were earlier restricted to the principal bench.
