Supreme Court Transfers to Itself High Court’s Pending Petitions Challenging GST On Online Gaming - (05 Apr 2024)

Supreme Court has ordered the transfer of writ petitions pending in various High Courts that challenged the imposition of Goods and Service Tax (GST) on online gaming companies.
