Del. HC: Wife Leaving Matrimonial Home on Regular Basis Without Husband’s Fault is Cruelty - (05 Apr 2024)

Delhi High Court while granting divorce to a husband, has observed that a wife leaving a matrimonial home from time to time without any fault on the husband’s part, amounts to cruelty.
