Public Interest Litigation to Ban Cross-Gender Massages in Spas Dismissed by Delhi High Court - (04 Apr 2024)

Delhi High Court dismissed a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) which sought the banning of cross-gender massages in spas on the ground that a single judge of Delhi High Court has already been seized of the controversy.
