SC: Fine Imposed on HIMUDA for Colluding With Pvt. Company to Secure Tender by Deceiving Court - (04 Apr 2024)

COMMERCIAL

SC imposed a fine of Rs. 5 Lakh on Himachal Pradesh Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) for colluding with a private company and taking the High Court for a ride by misusing process of law to cover up irregularities and illegalities committed in tender process by officers of authority.
