Karnataka High Court: Welfare State Expected to Treat Pensioners With Soft Gloves - (02 Apr 2024)

Karnataka High Court has held that an employer in a Welfare State is required to treat pensioners with soft gloves as they have retired after putting in a long & spotless service during their productive years.
