Mad HC: In Absence of Prohibitory Order u/s 144 CrPC People Assembling and Demonstrating Not Offence - (28 Mar 2024)

CRIMINAL

Madras High Court has held that in the absence of a prohibitory order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, assembling few persons and making a demonstration against police will not amount to the commission of offences.
