Calcutta HC: Husband and Wife Collectively Responsible for Creating Congenial Atmosphere - (27 Mar 2024)

Calcutta High Court while disallowing an application for dissolution of marriage, has held that in a marriage it is the collective responsibility of both husband and wife to create a compatible environment.
