Supreme Court: Courts Should Transfer Investigation to CBI in Exceptional Cases - (27 Mar 2024)

CRIMINAL

Supreme Court has held that Courts should exercise their power to transfer the investigation to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) should be exercised in exceptional circumstances and the same should be done to do complete justice and prevent violation of Fundamental Rights.
