Bom. HC: Show Cause Notice for Contempt Issued Against Individuals Borrowing from NBFCs - (27 Mar 2024)

CONTEMPT OF COURT

Bombay High Court has issued show cause notice for contempt proceedings against certain borrowers who after giving a solemn undertaking to the Court, have sought to put extra-judicial pressure on the authorised officer of the non-banking financial institution.
