P&H HC: GST Registration Suspension Deemed to be Revoked if SCN Not Decided Within 30 Days of Reply - (27 Mar 2024)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that if a show cause notice is not decided within thirty days of filing a reply, the suspension of Goods and Service Tax(GST) Registration shall be deemed to be revoked.
