AP HC: Compensation Can’t be Increased in an Appeal for Reduction of Compensation by Owner/Insurer - (22 Mar 2024)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has held that the High Court cannot increase the compensation in an appeal by the owner/insurer for reducing the compensation, nor can it reduce the compensation in an appeal by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation.
